This policy has been prepared to explain the cancellation, return and withdrawal conditions for orders placed through the website www.maglea.com.
MaGlea operates within the scope of tax-exempt small business regulations and all processes are organized in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts under Turkish legislation.

- Order and Payment Process
- Orders are placed through the website.
- Payment must be made via bank transfer / EFT.
- In order for the order to be considered valid, payment must be completed within 24 hours from the date of the order.
24 saat içinde tamamlanmalıdır. - Orders for which payment is not completed within this period will be automatically cancelled.
Once the payment is received, the order is confirmed and the production process begins.
- Preparation and Delivery Time
MaGlea products:
- are handmade,
- are produced in limited quantities,
- are prepared specifically for each order.
Therefore:
- After the bank transfer/EFT payment is received, the product preparation period is 6–8 business days.
- Orders whose preparation process has been completed are delivered to the shipping company.
- MaGlea is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
- Right of Withdrawal
Under general legislation regarding distance sales, consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, products custom-made upon the request of the consumer are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore:
For custom-made MaGlea products, there is no unconditional right of withdrawal or return.
- Situations Where Returns Are Accepted
The Buyer reserves the right to request a return in the following cases:
- The product is defective,
- The product does not comply with the order,
- The product is damaged during shipping.
If these situations are documented, the matter will be reviewed and legal procedures will be applied where necessary.
- Damaged Delivery Notification
During delivery:
- The product must be checked in the presence of the courier.
- If damage or missing items are detected, a damage report must be issued by the courier.
The report and photos showing the damage must be sent within 2 days after delivery to: info@maglea.com
Teslimattan itibaren 2 gün içinde info@maglea.com adresine iletilmelidir.
If this procedure is not followed, damage caused during shipping will not be accepted as the responsibility of the Seller.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before payment is made.
- After payment has been received and the product preparation process has started, order cancellation is not possible due to the custom-made nature of the product.
- General Principles for Returns
In cases where a return request is accepted:
- The product must be returned undamaged and complete.
- Following the inspection process, product replacement or a refund may be issued in accordance with applicable legislation.
